How it works

We begin by working with you to define an effective set of questions that are designed to extract the information we need. This then forms the basis of the questioning and bespoke reporting system that is made specifically for each client.

We then consider the various different ways to initiate the process of a customer receiving their questionnaire. Ideally, if you already have a booking or ordering process, we can interface with your current systems so that customers are automatically contacted shortly after they have bought your service or product.

Customer Engagement

A personalised email is automatically sent that will take the customer to a unique webpage. The question designs are creative, interactive and compelling so that users are encouraged to spend a few seconds working through the questions, whilst also viewing special offers, related products or referral incentives. Information we already know about them (i.e address or service they purchased, store they used) will be combined at a later stage so that their time is spent just answering the questions that matter – not repeating what we already should know. When submitted, their answers are stored alongside these details and entered into the database.


Manager Reports

From an administration perspective, MountView offers two levels of login; Local Manager or Head Office. The reporting is then personally tailored to display the results based on local or corporate-wide defined Key Performance Indicators.

Administrators can run further reports based on their own criteria, but are first shown a live Dashboard of how business is performing from a client service perspective.
